The accounts payable specialist is responsible for processing payables, corporate credit card payments and expense reports as well as daily backup of receptionist - answering phones, filing and other duties as assigned.
This person must be detail oriented, able to interact with executive management and able to multi-task in a demanding environment. Previous accounting experience is preferred and software skills should include familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as Peachtree or other accounting software.
