Audiotel Announces Purchases of Real-Time Product Line from CECORP | 
AudioTel Adds Valuable Solutions To Product Line
Dallas, Texas, December 16, 2004 - AudioTel Corporation, a leading provider of software for financial institutions, is pleased to announce the acquisition of a real-time product line from CECORP, a leading technology provider. After making the decision to sell, CECORP singled out AudioTel because of their excellent reputation, as well as their recent Five Star Award for service from Independent Bankers Association of Texas and Oklahoma. According to Scott Doores, President and CEO of AudioTel, this acquisition will enhance and strengthen AudioTel's position. The purchase includes both a real-time Voice Response (CEVOICE) and Internet Banking (CEBANK) system that are currently employed across the country in over 120 banks, ranging from the smallest community banks up to 4.1 billion in assets. Mr. Doores also added that the real-time interfaces and vendor relationships with leading core providers such as Fiserv, Kirchman, and Modern Banking Systems will prove invaluable to AudioTel.
